Order Status
Once you've placed an order with us, you can view the status of that order in the Your Account section by clicking on the link at the top of the page.
New Orders
Your order has been received by us and is being processed, pending delivery.
Pending Orders
One or more items in your order are currently backordered and are temporarily out of stock in our offices. We will dispatch your order in its entirety when all items are available.
Processed Orders
Your order has been dispatched by us and should be delivered to you shortly.
Returns / Replacements
Part or all of your order has been returned to us by yourself and replacement items have been dispatched to you.
Refunds
Part or all of your order has been returned to us by yourself, or your order has been cancelled prior to shipping, and a refund has been issued.
We endeavour to give you as much information about the status of your order as possible so all sections with carry notes from our staff to help keep you informed.
