Forgotten Your Password?

If when you attempt to sign in to your account and you realise that you've forgotten your password, you must do the following:

1. Access the Login screen by clicking on the link to Your Account at the top of the page.
2. Click the 'Forgotten Your Password' link at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your e-mail address associated with your account, then click on the 'continue' button.
4. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with your password.
